Hello Everyone,

I can’t lie, I would love me some do-overs in life. There are plenty of things I should have (would have) done differently way back when, i.e.: should have went to med school when I was younger and had the chance; then, later on, I should have gone to CRNA school when I was too old for 8 years of med school/residency but still young enough for a 2-3 year CRNA program. I’m still not too old for CRNA school by the way; it’s just more challenging, financially, the longer you delay. But had I not known what I wanted to do (or even if I just wanted an adjunct income source), I would do exactly what Graham Stephan has done.

Essentially, I would learn everything I could about real estate by becoming an agent and then an investor in income generating rental properties.

Then I would I would talk about what I’m doing on my YouTube channel to agnosium. I would make at least 3 videos per week. Revenue would be generated directly via YouTube’s add revenue system, and also from manually placed affiliate links in my video descriptions.

I would perféct my skill set to the point that I was considered an authority on real estate and YouTube revenue streams. At that point I would create moderate to high ticket video coarse giving my viewers a comprehensive vantage of exactly how to duplicate what I have done.

That’s what I would do. That’s what I might still do. So bookmark this page. Everything I’m telling you, that I should have done, is being done by Graham Stephan. He is the first person who really made the concept of real estate click in my head. I will be updating this post from time-to-time, putting some of the Graham’s best YouTube content on this page. The videos will eventually be ranked from the top, down, in order of what I think is the most important to watch; but for now, just to get this rolling, my video placements on this page may be more of a random/rapid fire genera.

Be warned, Graham doesn’t always jump straight in to the main or most powerful content in the beginning of these videos. Let them play… just watch them! This information can easily be worth millions to you!
