My very first blog post & how my girlfriend got a free car!

Welcome to http://www.jodyheath.com/. This is the very first blog post I’ve written for my new blog. Here is why I have created this site. Something pretty cool happened this past weekend. On Friday, I was able to put my girlfriend behind the wheel of a brand new 2016 Mercedes-Benz. That, in itself, is not that remarkable; she deserves it and I wanted her to have it. The remarkable thing, however, is I am not having to pay one cent out of my own pocket for this car.  As a home business owner, I promote multiple products and offers which pay me commissions at the point of sale.  As a reward for reaching a certain milestone, the primary affiliate network I promote is actually paying 100% of the cost of this car; and I mean 100%! I’m not paying for taxes, gas, maintenance, or anything else.   This is truly a free car as long as I keep maintaining a certain level of production in this company.

Many of you, who know me, know I have been involved in the home business industry for a while now.  Many might wander, “Does he ever make anything at that?”  Well, now you know.  In addition to the car allowance of $1,200/month, my home business income now meets or exceeds my full-time registered nursing salary by up to 200% of my monthly pay.  Is it all profit? No, there are advertising costs and overhead; but there’s still a whole lot of profit left in there.  That means this home business will pay me at least six figures this year if not multiple six figures, contingent upon scalability; and right now, things are looking pretty scalable. Subsequently, I project my home business income (much of it passive) will soon reach the point where it will begin literally “costing” me money to go to work at the hospital.  At that point, I will only work a few ICU/ER shifts per month just to keep my skills up.

Peaked your curiosity yet?  In the past, I have created several internet properties, blogs, and site, all branding company names.  I have never created website or blog branding myself.  Maybe I didn’t think I had a catchy enough name.  Maybe I didn’t think I had enough knowledge to really make it in this business, or let alone, teach someone else how to do it.  Well, today that changes.  With the publishing of this post, I want to introduce to you the formal launching of: http://www.jodyheath.com/

On this blog, there will be a mix of things that I find important, such as: creating a financially free lifestyle through semi-passive systems, joint profit ventures, and various wealth building instruments & vehicles, thereof; new technology and gadgets; random rants and raves; and important medical issues.  Anywhere on this blog, at any time, you will be able to find a link to an e-Book and strategic email sequence that takes you through the same initial projectery, I took, to get to where I am today.  I encourage anyone who reads this post, to get that e-Book.  I also advise you to contact me after reading said e-Book, to discuss your next step to starting your own six-figure business.

Disclaimer: While I believe I can scale this business to over $100,000 per month and beyond, I have a firm word of warning, especially to my personal friends and family. If I actually know you outside of Facebook, you better talk to me first before signing up for any of my offers; because, there is no quicker way on earth to ruin a relationship, than doing business with a friend or family member.

Full disclosure: none of the results I’ve had in the home business industry are typical.  They are not typical because: a) most people who a home business get into the wrong one; or b) they get into the right business but with the wrong mindset; or c) they get into this business without the proper resources to make it grow fast enough and give up.  I will make sure you know entirely what you are getting yourself into and what it is going to take to be successful in this business.  Ultimately, you have to understand there are no guarantees in life when it comes to success in business. However, if you are willing to put in the work–and if you are willing to take ownership of your results, or lack thereof–I will do everything in my power to help you see your goals come to fruition.
